Disabling Startup Programs in Win7

1. First Click on windows+R button from keyboard
2. Type 'msconfig' in box and press Enter
3. Now 'System Configuration' window will be open
4. Click the Startup tab on the System Configuration main window
5. A list of all the startup programs displays with a check box next
6. Now uncheck programs which you dont want to run on startup
7. Click on OK
